115 leiligheter utenfor Stockholm

HMB, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract worth 270 million SEK before VAT to construct 115 apartments for OBOS in Sollentuna, just outside Stockholm. The project will commence towards the end of 2021 with scheduled occupancy expected by summer 2023.

The Sollentuna Boligprosjekt OBOS og HMB marks the launch of OBOS Nya Hem in Sweden, focusing on providing housing in desirable locations within Swedish metropolitan areas. This project entails the establishment of a new neighborhood designed as a modern garden city, featuring a mix of various apartment sizes centered around a communal green courtyard. All apartments are designed to meet the Miljöbyggnad Silver requirements.

Nøkkelklart prosjekt avhengig av forsalget

The project is being executed as a turnkey contract, and its initiation depends on achieving sufficient pre-sales. Beyond the initial 115 apartments, there is an option for a second construction phase, which will include homes reflecting the character of townhouses. The realization of this phase will also depend on adequate advance sales.
