10,000 m2 Office by Water

The Accura project is a modern commercial building located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, designed by Danielsen Arkitekter. The office space encompasses approximately 10,000 m2 spread over five floors and is inspired by the classic modernist commercial buildings that have been a part of Copenhagen's architectural landscape for nearly a century. The building is strategically surrounded by water channels, urban squares, and the metro, contributing to its innovative and modern office environment.

6681 m2 Specialized Facades

KG Constructions Group is undertaking a comprehensive scope of work that includes design, production, transportation, project management, and installation processes. The total facade area spans 6681 m2 and features a variety of specialized solutions such as the main facade with a specially designed Schüco system, bay windows, stone cladding, and sun blinds. Other components include ground floor unitised facades, stick facades for the entrance, unitised atrium facades, and atrium stick facades, all employing various Schüco systems.

Sustainable and Community-Focused Design

Environmental sustainability and community involvement are key focuses of the project. The building integrates the surrounding waterways and urban life into its design while employing green and sustainable construction solutions. The facades are clad with white marble stone and anodized aluminum for the courtyard elements. The project is designed to not only enhance the urban aesthetic but also contribute positively to the local environment and community.

Completion Set for 2022

The project, developed by Accura and contracted by 5e byg, is set for completion in 2022 and is currently in progress. By prioritizing innovative design and sustainable practices, the Accura office is poised to be a flagship model for modern commercial buildings in Copenhagen.
