The Asgaard Keys Business Center, located in the central business district of Vilnius, was completed in 2018. This project was developed by UAB Asgaard Property, with UAB Incorpus as the main contractor and the architectural work handled by PLH and UAB Archinova. The building aims to improve the quality of life for its employees by offering a healthy working environment that embraces sustainability and energy efficiency.

Energieffektiv fasade og design

The business center features an elegant architectural design with a square layout and a soft-shaped central atrium. Its façade, a blend of glass and light Italian granite, harmonizes with the urban scale and surrounding landscape. The building boasts a double skin façade with energy-efficient glass and an automated solar control system, ensuring optimal indoor climate management.

Naturlige materialer og hybrid ventilasjon

The interior of Asgaard Keys emphasizes natural and eco-friendly materials, adding a layer of sustainability to the project. Offices are equipped with a hybrid ventilation and cooling system, incorporating natural ventilation methods. The acoustic environment and lighting design are also carefully considered to provide maximum wellbeing for the users, with an emphasis on natural daylight to foster a pleasant and productive working atmosphere.
