Baltic Hearts Office Complex

Baltic Hearts is a commercial office complex located in Vilnius, Lithuania, completed in 2012. The project was developed and constructed by UAB Indeco, with architectural designs by Audrius Ambrasas and Donatas Malinauskas. The complex consists of three identical A-class office buildings.

Bygningene er 3,300 m² hver

Each of the four-story buildings covers an area of 3,300 m², exclusively suitable for international or local companies looking to maintain their identity. Companies can either occupy an entire building or lease a single floor of approximately 1,000 m², according to their needs. These structures, raised on supporting columns, feature a unique architectural concept and modern construction technology, making them stand out in the Šeškinė hills area.

Fasaden oppfyller strenge krav

The total facade area spans 5,400 m² with horizontal joints made using silicone mastic and special 200 mm height cover caps for vertical joints. The buildings use triple insulated glass units with a U value of 0.6 W/m² K, sound reduction capacity of Rw=42 dB, and sun control performance, ensuring a high standard of energy efficiency and comfort for its occupants.
