Nytt Hell-Værnes jernbaneprosjekt

Prosjektutvikling Midt-Norge has signed a contract over NOK 20 million with Jernbaneverket to manage the Hell-Værnes speed and capacity upgrade project. This project aims to construct a new 200-meter bridge over the Stjørdalselva, track alterations at Hell station, new signaling systems, and various adaptations at Hell station. The entire project has an allocated budget of approximately NOK 650 million.

The contract was signed by project manager Karstein Søreide from Jernbaneverket Infrastructure Special Projects and contract manager Odd Tillerli from Prosjektutvikling Midt-Norge. Prosjektutvikling Midt-Norge AS is proud to have been awarded this project, revealing that a team of 10-12 employees will assist as needed. The primary construction management will take place from their office in Stjørdal.

Oppstart og partnerskap

Work on the project begins immediately and is expected to extend until 2018. The bulk of the work will be undertaken by the company's own employees to strengthen their bridge expertise, and they have partnered with the Icelandic firm Mannvit hf for the task. Odd J.
