Renovering og fasadeeksponering

Following the construction and commissioning of its new operations center, Philip Morris International began renovating its original building at Avenue de Cour 107 to enable full integration into the site's functional and qualitative organization. The renovation includes retaining the load-bearing structure of the reinforced concrete slabs while exposing the façade by removing every second pillar after necessary reinforcements.

Utvidelse med glassflater

An extension to the south of the building consists of a steel structure and a composite floor, featuring large glass surfaces with Evolen stone elements to enhance transparency and light penetration. This design choice aims to visually integrate the old building with the new complex. The modernization affects 9,600 m² of gross floor area, including a total affected building volume of 33,148 m³.

Fokus på kvalitet og komfort

The project emphasizes the building's image, quality, and user comfort. It includes a large photovoltaic system on the roof, redesigned outdoor areas, greening of roof terraces, and preservation of main specimen trees. Inside, workspaces are designed for functionality and aesthetic appeal, with warm colors and light wood textures. The main entrance, fitted with a new airlock, provides quick access to new dining rooms and conference centers.
