K14A Business Center Overview

KG Constructions Group is developing the K14A Business Center, located at 14A Konstitucijos Avenue in Vilnius. This large-scale commercial project involves constructing a 7-story business center spanning approximately 28,807 square meters. Designed by the architectural firms Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in collaboration with UAB Unitectus, the project is being developed by Lords LB Asset Management, with Conres serving as the main contractor. The project, also referred to as the Savarzele Business Center, is set for completion in 2026 and is currently in progress.

Sustainable Design Features

The K14A Business Center features sustainable architectural elements and aims to achieve a BREEAM “Outstanding” rating, a prestigious certification for environmentally responsible building practices. Key design features include abundant natural lighting, an embossed facade with integrated shading blinds, and a public rooftop space offering breathtaking views of Vilnius' Old Town. The central space within the business center includes platforms and planted landings, creating a vibrant hub for social interaction. The fully glazed atrium roof is equipped with automated ventilation and solar control systems, enhancing the building's eco-friendly design.

KG's Role and Facade Work

KG Constructions Group plays a vital role in the project, responsible for nearly 80% of the building's exterior work. This includes the design and installation of unitized and stick facades, doors, and a skylight, covering approximately 10,317 square meters. Despite the complexity of mounting all facade elements on steel beams with large metal deflections, the team has successfully adapted the system to ensure structural integrity. The business center is designed for nearly net-zero operations, making it a standout example of modern, sustainable design.
