Politiets hus: Kontrakter tildelt

Bane NOR Eiendom has entered an agreement with Kruse Smith for the construction of the new police house in Kristiansand. Subsequently, Kruse Smith contracted Bravida in Kristiansand and Arendal for the electrical and plumbing work. The project is a total contract that includes the involvement of Rambøll in Kristiansand for electrical and plumbing design. The contract, awarded two weeks ago, has already commenced with the initial design meeting taking place last week.

Quadrum-prosjektet fremmer samarbeid

The construction is part of the new business and office area named Quadrum, located on the railway plot in Kristiansand. Agnar Klakegg, the department manager at Bravida’s electrical department for the project, emphasized the strategically targeted effort towards this project and the effective inter-departmental cooperation that greatly contributed to securing the contract.

Elektro- og rørarbeidskontrakt på 56,5m NOK

The contract amount for the electrical and plumbing work totals 56.5 million NOK, with options for an additional 10 million NOK. Current progress involves the demolition of the old building and commencement of excavation works for the new building. Post-Easter, the casting of the base slab is scheduled, with the erection of the building set to follow after summer 2021, aiming for completion in December 2022. The project will generally employ 20-30 people from Bravida.
