The Lvivo 37 Business Center, located on Lvivo Street in Vilnius, Lithuania, is an eight-storey commercial building with an area of 23,000 sq. meters, including an underground parking lot. Developed by Lords LB Asset Management, with NARESTA as the main contractor and Cloud Architects responsible for the design, the project was completed in 2021 and is noted for its architectural and engineering excellence.

8,400 m2 dobbelfasade instalasjon

KG Constructions Group undertook the design, production, transportation, and installation of approximately 8,400 m2 of unitised double-skin façade units and an additional 1,200 m2 of stick curtain walling. The installation also included a skylight roof situated between two main corpuses. The façade components were installed within roughly 70 working days, with the largest elements measuring 4.3 x 2.7 meters and weighing around 900 kg each.

A+ energivurdering, BREEAM standard

The business center prioritizes sustainability and energy efficiency, having achieved an A+ energy rating and meeting the BREEAM New Construction standards. Technical solutions implemented in the building ensure low CO2 emissions, while the atrium spanning all floors enhances the sense of spaciousness. The project aimed to create a comfortable and modern workspace, contributing significantly to the local built environment and setting new standards for commercial buildings in the region.
