Veidekke has entered into a total contract agreement with Heimstaden to complete the Råbylund housing project located in Lund. This agreement follows the bankruptcy of the previous contractor, Serneke, in January 2025. The contract is valued at approximately 225 million Swedish kronor and covers both the completion and new construction of a total of 412 rental apartments distributed across four phases, as well as an underground parking garage. Work commenced immediately after the contract was signed and is scheduled for completion and handover in the first quarter of 2027.
