Utvider og forbedrer infrastruktur
The Nordengveien Infrastructure Upgrade project aims to expand and enhance the existing infrastructure along Nordengveien 11 in Oslo. This includes widening the road and adding a sidewalk to meet modern standards. The project is tied to the development of new residential buildings in the area, ensuring proper access and transport facilities for future residents.
Prosjektdeltakere og ansvar
The project is spearheaded by Nordengveien 11 AS, with Oslo Entreprenør AS acting as the primary developers. The architectural design and project coordination are managed by Arkitektene Dahl & Myrhol AS. Additional engineering tasks, including water management, are handled by firms such as Stole AS, Rambøll AS, and Oslo Oppmåling AS, ensuring that all technical aspects are comprehensively covered.
Energieffektive gatebelysning
An important aspect of this upgrade is the installation of street lighting. The lighting system is designed and provided by Osram AS using Siteco's Streetlight 10 mini LED fixtures. These lights are optimized for energy efficiency and provide uniform illumination for both the road and sidewalk. Detailed engineering calculations have been completed to ensure optimal placement and performance of the lighting fixtures.
Planlegging og risikovurdering
Proper planning and engineering assessments have been conducted, including geometric calculations for the roadway and sidewalk, to ensure compliance with safety standards. Risks associated with the construction, such as ensuring access to the construction site and managing water runoff, have been mitigated through careful planning and coordination with property owners.
Fordeler for lokalområdet
This project not only improves the existing infrastructure but also contributes to the overall development and accessibility of the area. By enhancing road safety and providing better living conditions, it offers tangible benefits to the local community and supports the new residential developments at Nordengveien 11.
