138mNOK byggekontrakt signert
Tungavegen 26 AS, owned by Coop Midt-Norge SA, and construction firm HENT AS have signed a contract for the construction of Obs BYGG Leangen at the property on Tungavegen 26 in Trondheim. Developed in close cooperation between Coop and HENT during an interactive phase in the fall of 2018, the contract is valued over 138 million Norwegian kroner.
10,300m² varehus med passivhusstandard
The new warehouse will cover approximately 10,300 square meters, consisting of a building shop and a drive-in for lumber, with additional space for goods reception and a social zone. There will be a basement of 4,400 square meters set for the building shop, along with a technical room that includes a sprinkler pool. The building will be constructed with a prefabricated concrete support system and sandwich panel facades. Floor surfaces in main areas will be steel-troweled and treated with clear impregnation. The building is designed to meet passive house requirements, aiming for an A energy rating.
Detaljert designfase og byggestart
HENT is currently in the detailed design phase. Groundworks on the site are scheduled to start on May 20, 2019, with the handover date set for September 20, 2020. The planning process overseen by ÅF Advansia AS and Coop Midt-Norge SA took several years, culminating in regulatory approval in November 2018. The site has been cleared, and significant preparations like constructing a large retaining wall have already been completed. HENT was chosen as the building contractor after a closed competitive tender process and further cooperative phase.
