The New Building Parking II Roche project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art parking garage located in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland. This modern parking facility features nine parking decks, two access spirals, and four staircases, all constructed using a mix of in-situ concrete and prefabricated elements. The garage is designed to meet high standards in both functionality and safety.

Strenge krav til tidsplan og sikkerhet

The project presented several challenges, including a tight shell construction timeline of just nine months, complex coordination with the element system construction, and the need for wall formwork up to 6.0 meters tall. Additionally, the construction of staircases required the use of climbing formwork, and the road ramps, or helices, demanded precise engineering. High standards for occupational safety were rigorously maintained throughout the construction process.

Significant technical data for the project includes the use of 12,400 cubic meters of concrete and 1,050 tons of reinforcement. The project was commissioned by F. Hoffmann - La Roche AG and had a total construction volume value of 12.1 million CHF. The project commenced in September 2014 and was successfully completed in May 2015. The total costs were converted according to the average yearly exchange rates during the project realization.
