Solna Link is a ten-story office building project located in Stockholm, where installation works have recently commenced. The contractor is responsible for delivering both the structural frame and the façade components of the building.

15% CO₂-reduksjon med lavkarbonbetong

The building is designed with a strong focus on sustainability, achieving a 15% overall reduction in carbon emissions through the use of low-carbon concrete elements including columns, beams, hollow core slabs, and single and triple-layer walls. Solna Link is planned to meet LEED Platinum and NollCO₂ certification standards, underscoring its environmental objectives.

The façade plays a structural role, consisting of load-bearing insulated sandwich wall panels with a brick finish available in five different tones. These panels feature large, massive windows and are pre-installed at the precast facility with an average element length of nine meters, facilitating efficient installation on site.
