This construction project involved building new production and office facilities for the client Sunde Property AS. The development includes both production spaces and office areas, designed to meet the operational needs of the company.

Råbyggkontrakt med design av Moldskred

The contract was a main contract focusing on the structural shell (råbygg) of the buildings. The architectural design was carried out by Moldskred AS, a firm responsible for ensuring the functional and aesthetic quality of the facilities.

Ferdigstilt oktober 2012, 50 MNOK

Construction was completed in October 2012 with a project budget of 50 million Norwegian Kroner (excluding VAT). Brødrene Ulveseth was the contractor responsible for executing the work according to the specifications and schedule.
