Renovering av takstoler
The Adlikon Leebern project involves the renovation and extension of individual residential buildings located at Gheidstrasse, 8106 Adlikon, Switzerland. Implenia Holzbau is responsible for refurbishing the existing roof trusses and adding new elements such as dormers, loggias, and roof recesses. The project will be executed in three stages with a contract value of approximately 1.7 million Swiss francs.

Specifically, the services include the renovation of roof trusses, installation of subroofs, counterbattens, roof windows, and renewal of thermal insulation. Additionally, the project will convert the attic floors and introduce skylights, loggias, staircases, and roof cut-outs. The project aims to maintain a high standard of visible interior finishing.

The project presents several challenges, including coordinating time-defined construction stages and adapting to newly emerging procedures in the redevelopment process. One of the significant challenges is refurbishing the buildings while ensuring the continued occupancy of the lower floors.

Sustainability is a key focus, with the project aiming to upgrade the attics to improve energy efficiency. The construction began in January 2021 and is expected to be completed by December 2023. The building owner is Vorsorgefond der Brütsch/Rüegger Holding AG, with Kunz + Pleisch Architekten GmbH as the architect, Timbatec Schweiz AG as the project designer, and Vasio AG handling construction management.
