Parkkvarteret Stadshusparken Nacka

Selvaag Bostad, in collaboration with Belatchew Arkitekter, is developing a residential quarter named Parkkvarteret, located next to the new city hall park (Stadshusparken) in central Nacka. The project promises extraordinary residential qualities with large balconies or rooftop terraces, communal areas, and guest accommodations, all integrated within the park. The architecture is designed with a descending layout towards the evening sun in the park and will have easy access to nearby subway station and public transportation.

Naturban-konsept implementering

The quarter will be seamlessly integrated with the new Stadshusparken, designed so that the park appears to continue into the residential area. This is achieved via planting on balconies, facades, and rooftop terraces, a green forecourt around the quarter, and a large greenhouse that forms part of the quarter, bridging the inner courtyard and the new park. This is part of Nacka Municipality's 'Naturban' concept of creating an attractive and vibrant urban area with a 'natural urban' character.

Plussbostader med fellesfasiliteter

The concept includes Plussbostader® (Pluss-Homes), designed to provide a worry-free and enriching living experience. Planned features for this development include a resident lounge, gym, several guest rooms, meeting rooms, a party venue, and a staffed reception area positioned on the ground floor facing the park and the square. There will also be a communal greenhouse approximately 200 sqm in size, mobility solutions such as a bike pool, and a common garage. The project will consist of around 150 diverse apartments with many unique units featuring large balconies or rooftop terraces, in addition to compact apartments for those wanting to live efficiently with access to extensive communal areas.
