41 leiligheter i seks etasjer
The construction project located at the corner of Rue du Torrent and Rue de la Madeleine in Vevey involved building 41 large rental apartments in a six-storey structure. Situated in a residential and commercial area, the building harmonizes with the high-quality urban landscape and surrounding stately estate. Vaudoise Insurance acquired the plots, which were initially used as a street warehouse and underwent a comprehensive upgrading program.
Fem etasjer og underjordisk parkeringsplass
Several restrictions were encountered during the public consultation phase, leading to informed mediation between parties and an outcome featuring neat architectural elements. The final design included five residential levels and compensatory measures to preserve the neighborhood's integrity. Additionally, the project incorporates an underground car park accessible via a ramp on Rue de la Madeleine, providing 54 parking spaces.
Klassisk og moderne design
The building features a mix of classic and contemporary design, with seven apartments per floor offering four- and five-room options. Spacious terraces on the first floor and balconies enhance the living experience, providing views of the surrounding area and the lake. The apartments are designed with large windows for ample natural light and bedrooms oriented towards quieter, greener areas.
Tilgjengelighet og tradisjonelle metoder
Accessibility is ensured through three stairwells, each serving about 15 apartments, from the basement to the top floor. Considering the groundwater conditions, the building only includes one underground level. Traditional construction methods and materials were used, adhering to current standards for thermal and acoustic insulation.
