The Saint-Jean Residential Complex, located between Rue St. Jean and Rue Miléant in Geneva, consists of two new buildings designed to densify the neighborhood previously occupied by villas. The buildings, owned by an institutional investor, aim to provide quality and cost-effective residential housing primarily for middle-class families. The project also features carefully designed outdoor areas free from car traffic, including a large central avenue developed in cooperation with the city's garden department.

Each building in the complex is composed of prefabricated concrete facades with vacuum insulation, sandblasted to reveal different grain sizes. The design includes distinctive elements such as colorful lift shafts, selective parapet awnings, and a combination of small internal and large cantilevered balconies with stainless steel glass railings. The buildings collectively offer 80 spacious and bright flats with open-plan kitchens, spanning six storeys plus ground floor and attic, and two and three entrances respectively.

The two-storey underground car park provides 132 parking spaces, contributing to a total gross floor area of 11,142 m² divided into 6,340 m² and 4,802 m² for the two buildings. The construction incorporates vibration-damping materials in the foundation to mitigate the proximity to the SBB railway tracks. Completed in June 2006, following the start of construction in June 2003, the project was realized under the management of a general contractor and designed by Atelier d'Architecture WCDA Wicht, Contat, Dubouchet et Aeby - Carouge.
