80-meter Vogelius Tårn

The Vogelius Tårn, also designated as BA9, is an 80-meter high tower located in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen. This remarkable structure offers panoramic views over Carlsberg Byen, Vesterbro, Valby, and Frederiksberg. It is a multi-purpose building comprising 46,200 m² that incorporates residential units, business spaces, and underground parking facilities. This tower is part of a family of nine towers within the development.

KG Group's Curtain Walls

KG Constructions Group is responsible for the unitised and stick curtain walls, as well as the balconies of Vogelius Tårn. The unitised facade system is based on Schuco USC 65 with a ceramic finish from NBK. The KG Constructions Group team played a significant role in assisting the architectural implementation by sourcing ceramic suppliers, advising on ceramic colors and fastening, and contributing to the colors of composite panels and facade divisions.

Advanced 3D Facade Design

The design of the facade utilized an advanced 3D model created using the state-of-the-art CAD system 'CATIA,' which is also employed in the aerospace and automotive industries by leading companies like SPACE X, Airbus, Boeing, Tesla, and BMW. All unitised facade and balcony elements were produced by KG Constructions Group in their factory located in Lithuania.
