Zunda Towers is a residential complex located in Riga, Latvia. The project comprises two round residential towers, each 30 stories high, joined by a podium at the base. The South Tower stands at 123 meters, while the North Tower is 117 meters tall. The towers collectively offer 336 apartments, 10,000 square meters of class A office space, parking for up to 700 cars, and over 4,000 square meters dedicated to fitness and SPA facilities.

This ambitious project was developed by Baltic Real Estate Holding, with Towers Construction Management JSC as the main contractor. Architectural design was led by JAHN incorporated, with SIA Zoom Room serving as the Project Design Manager. The project was completed in 2017 and is considered a significant addition to Riga's skyline.

One of the notable features of Zunda Towers is its customizable exterior façade construction system, designed to accommodate the unique architecture and complex geometry of the buildings. The façade employs a three-layer, Z-shaped structural glazing element with 70 mm wide opening parts. The triple glazing units include gradient silk printing on the outer pane, high selective coating HS SN62/34 on the middle pane, and weigh up to one ton per unit. The glass units are nearly 60 mm thick with extra-large dimensions of 2.5×4.1 meters, contributing to the more than 30,000 square meters of exterior façade area.

Furthermore, the aluminium-glass constructions are equipped with double-glazed units featuring sunshine control and serigraphy prints, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and high performance. The façade's design includes a 400 mm step on one vertical side, creating a facetted appearance. These innovative construction methods not only meet the strict technical construction requirements but also highlight the project's architectural ingenuity.
